I have been prompted to enter my key again (App version is too old). I have it saved so I paste it into the box but it will not accept it. Any thoughts? Yes this is a purchased key.

You shouldn't be prompted to add your key unless it's a beta key; I've been prompted because I'm running an old version (I use a lot of different versions for testing), but never had enter my key unless I was testing on a different computer.

That said, pasting in a key can run into a number of problems with how you copy/paste. I've found that the most reliable method is to paste into a text-based program (like Notepad on Windows), then copy the string again from there. Copying from many email programs will copy "additional stuff you REALLY REALLY WANT (but don't actually)" into the buffer, meaning when you paste it, you get unwanted stuff. The result is that the copy won't work, and you won't see why.

My situation is slightly different, I cant find my key due to changing PCs.
Sent two emails to issue new or updated, but no answer. Its been 10 days now.

Mike is the only person who can issue or re-issue keys, so email to him is the way to go.
