Contacting MakeMKV

I sent an email to support@makemkv.com early this week concerning a license issue. So far I’ve received no response.

Is there an individual I need to email about license restoration, or some other email address I should use?

All the makemkv.com addresses go to one person - Mike. He's got control over the domain and registration of the program.

That is one of the addresses he uses for support, so he should get it. Although sometimes he doesn't pick up emails as regularly as we like.

Thanks. I’m guessing Mike is a busy guy, so I’ll just be patient.

Considering that the message is automated when you purchase, it is weird that you have not received it. It typically arrives within the hour.

Mike,
I have been very happy with MakeMKV beta and, when the trial period ran out yesterday, I decided to purchase the license.
A couple of things may have tripped me up. I used my regular email, chuckmiller23@protonmail.com. Later, when I tried to register for the Forum, it would not let me use that email. I am now logged into the Forum with my alternative email, chuckmiller49@outlook.com.
The second factor that may have been problematic is that I paid with Paypal. Following Paypal's instructions, I was instructed to ask that support@makemkv.com send me the license key that I am required to enter to use MakeMKV.

My license key for MakeMKV is: Licensed to: Charles Miller at about 12:42 pm Eastern US time August 1, 2025
I sent an email to support@makemkv.com yesterday (August 1) and haven't heard anything.
