I've been having an issue where whenever I get an error or popup, the text is covered entirely by a black box. I'm using v1.16.7 on an XP machine, and I've been having this problem since I installed it. It's not usually a problem because I can just assume what it's asking and move on, but recently I've been trying to export a DVD and it just isn't working. The file is 6.2GB, in case it's something to do with it's size, but a pop-up will appear with a yes or no input when I press the button to convert it. If I select yes, it skips the entire DVD and stops. If I select no, it says '0 titles saved, 1 failed' with no other explanation. I'm saving it directly to a USB drive with more than enough storage to hold it, and that has saved many files onto it directly like this before. If someone has a fix for either of these problems, please let me know.

What format is your USB drive? I think the file size limit for FAT 32 formatted file systems is 4GB.

It is FAT 32, yes, so that might be the issue. I'll try saving it on an NTFS drive instead when I get the chance.

Just tried it with an NTFS drive, and it worked perfectly. Still not sure about the text bug, but the software is working fine nonetheless. Thanks!
