I just paid the $60 to purchase MakeMKV. From the https://www.makemkv.com/buy/ site.
But my PayPro Global Invoice shows nothing about the registration code I need to enter in the program.
And i have not received any email with the info.

How long does it take to get the registration code after purchase?

What the heck is the point of me purchasing MakeMKV if I still can't use it?
My AMEX card shows the pending charge. But no email and no registration code.

Check your folders - the email usually arrives within an hour of registering.

I ended up calling PayPro Global. They looked up the info and sent the email again. Then suddenly I got four emails at the same time from them.
But I have the info now. Which is great. Thanks.

I just purchased a key as well... and the confirmation emails did not contain license keys

I just purchased it as well and my invoice states to contact the support@makemkv.com

What the heck, what is the purpose of purchasing and then not receiving the key, so frustrating.

I purchase my makeMKV last night, about 24 hours later I still have not recieve my key yet.i check all my emails

I purchased the license key. The email from PayPro contained no registration key and told to contact support@makemkv.com... Done and waiting.

I somehow expected that issuing the key would be automatic after payment was received. This is annoying.

Same here. No registration code in email. It would be nice to be able to use MakeMKV as I have paid for it. Will have to make a few phone calls.
