NO_ANSWER_FROM_MAKEMKVCON

I've used this application for years and now I get an error message - Application Failed to Initialize NO_ANSWER_FROM_MAKEMKVCON . This is on a Windows PC running Windows 11. I uninstalled and reinstalled it with no luck. Make MKV was loaded on a section Windows PC and I got the same error. Any help will be appreciated.

Did you recently update windows? I've seen it decide that it doesn't like a program and block it from running "suddenly" after an update.

Yes, there was a recent Windows update. Not sure how to resolve at this point.

Windows updates can decide that files are "dangerous", and remove access to them. MakeMKV does not have Microsoft-approved signatures, so its files are considered "dangerous" by default. You have to tell Windows "Yes, I've checked this file, so leave it alone and let it execute"; that's why you have antivirus software.
This usually only occurs after a fresh update to Window OR a fresh install of the program. Windows will complain after such a change, until you tell it that you've checked and approve it.
