GUI Localization/Translation

I want to say first that I love this application. I've told several friends who have (hopefully) purchased licenses as I have. 
Having said, that - Is there a way to get the *.po file for Spanish? Or, is there a "base" file with all the UI strings? I've come across a few translations in Spanish that are a tad bit off.
