Hi,

I've got a couple of issues.

1) During the installation I got a message about the CDRom Arbiter service not being able to install. As I understand it, I can ignore this error. (Yes, I did search and read the MakeMIKV forum.)

2) The website doesn't discuss how to purchase this product. I noticed on the page telling me about the 30 days, I could register or accept the 30 day trial period. It didn't talk about the price or where / how to buy an activation code.

So, where do I find out about the price and other stuff?

I really think it should be on the www.MakeMKV.com website.

3) Finally: There are two website problems on the website:

3A) The FAQ page errors out for me. The URL is: http://www.makemkv.com/faq/
I'm coming from the "F.A.Q" link (upper left hand side of the home page (http://www.makemkv.com/)). The error message I'm getting is:

It is a link on the upper left hand side of the home page. I get:

This page isn’t workingwww.makemkv.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

3B) On the "About MKV" page (http://www.makemkv.com/aboutmkv/), it has a link to CCCP. The list isn't working. I get:

This site can’t be reachedwww.cccp-project.net took too long to respond.

I tried reaching it manually and found the same issue. Google Search isn't helpful, as all it does is send you to third parties like CNET.

Anyone able to reach CCCP?

I agree that it should be more obvious on the website how to give the developer money, but it is out there if you know where to look.

The FAQ stopped loading recently. It is up to the developer to fix it. There is a (short) thread on this forum about it. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=28168

So, please, let me in on this secret. I would like to consider buying the product before it quits working.

I thought I looked everywhere the hime page allows me to goes (e.g. followed all working links).

Hello and thanks for the link.

I used it and bought an activation / registration code.

I still don't see the Help -> Purchase. I see Online Help, but it doesn't have anything about buy or purchase.
