Ripping Blu-Ray disc stops midway through.

So I wanted to rip the Blu-Rays of the anime Honey and Clover, and though MakeMKV had no issues ripping the extra content on the disc, the large 40+ GB file that contained all the episodes stops at around 15 GB. Does anyone know what could cause this, and how to fix it? I already updated to the most recent version, and tried it 3 times, restarting my computer and the program didn't help either.
