With some films like z.Bsp. Jupiter Ascending, Nobody etc.,
I have the problem that after ripping the film runs smoothly,
but the sound is totally choppy. What can that be?

Almost always playback problems like you describe are a limitation of whatever your playback system is. Try a different player and see if it helps.
