Series downlkads

I love MakeMKV for single dvds, but is there some problem downloading episodes of, say, Star Trek Enterprise? I recently tried out the software on Magic City, which is weird anyway...no episode titles on the dvd case or on the episodes. But I ended up with multiple downloads of the same episode on each disc...why is that? The disc or MakeMKV?
I guess that's not real clear...disc 3 produced 8 files, all but one the same episode.
Weird.
I will try another DVD collection, and see if it's just Magic City.
So far...I love MakeMKV and will be a sub soon as I use it and have good results. I had AnyDVD HD for years and I like this software.
