I was just wondering if there is a way to enable timestamps on my file rips. Would love to be able to see how many minutes into a rip that it may have failed when i walk away from the computer for a meal or to run errands.

Time that the file write occurs should be the time when the file stopped being read. If there is more than one file being read at a time (usual when you're ripping a disks), they will have time stamps that match when they were read from the disk.
