So I've bought a registration Key. Got 2 emails. One is an invoice, the other is The invoice (again) and telling me who the registration key is licensed to (my name) but no sign of an actual registration key

There is a line in the second email that says "For MakeMKV license key please contact vendor directly at support@makemkv.com" so I've done that asking for said registration key, yet still no reply or key.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I being thick? Too impatient?

I appear to be experiencing the same after purchasing a license key. Purchased processed on 7/7 but yet to receive any email. I emailed support but no response yet. Any suggestions?

Edit: Looks like I made an error with my email address entry on the order page and support reached out to me to correct. Thank you again to the support team.

At the 26th. of august 2022,
I bought the makeMTV registration key.

I am joining the PayPal bill 4 double checking this fact.

No E-Mail yet.

No confirmation of succesfull buying, that's already paid.

NO registration key .

What am I doing wrong ?

Who can help me ?
