After trying MAKE MKV, happily decided to purchase the license. So I placed my order and my credit card was charged. Since then, no news, no return.
Can an admin help me?

unfortunately, I didn't receive anything, not even a spam... I just have a copy of the proof of purchase at the time of the transaction, and I was able to verify that my email address was ok. So...can someone resend me the license info?

I experienced the same issue today. It has been about an hour and I have yet to recieve an email even though my card has been charged.

Can a moderator or admin pm to look into this?

To reach someone who has access to this stuff, you need to send email to support@makemkv.com . The moderators here aren't part of Mike's company, and we have no access to anything related to billing.

It's all good ! As the night brings advice, it was that night that the email containing my key arrived. I will be able to make mkv!
