Paid for subscription

Who do I contact about getting my key. I have paid for the key but have not recieved any information. I have the receipt if needed.

You should have received the key either IN the receipt email, or shortly thereafter.
If you cannot find it in your spam filter, send a message with your information to
support@makemkv.com and Mike can get you fixed up.

Thank you I did contact support two days ago and attached my paypal receipt with my order number. I've been checking my junk folder for several days as I would like to be using the program as soon as possible. I will e-mail support again.

Mike doesn't respond instantly all the time. I suspect that MakeMKV is a "side project" for him, and he gets busy with the "day job" some times. But I could be wrong.
You should hear from him within the week, though.

That's a different website. .net is different from .com
