Hi, I purchased a key in August. I can find the emails with the invoice and receipt, but nothing with the key. I've upgraded my computer and MakeMKV is asking for the key. Is there any way I can recover the key or somebody I can contact?

If you still have the old computer operational, you can go to Help->Register and the key will be filled in.

If not, there should be an email that had the key at/around the same time as the receipt. It's delivered by the payment processor.

Failing that, contact support@makemkv.com and Mike can get you fixed up.
