Running MakeMKV v1.16.5 darwin(x64-release) on 2019 MacPro Monterey

No matter what I enter into the filename field, it's disregarded and the default track names are used. See movie. Happens with any DVD.

You are changing the "metadata" name of the file. If you click on the "Name" button to expand it, you'll see a separate entry for the filename.

Changing the metadata name affects what the default filename will be, but it doesn't SET it.
