Problem with MakeMKV 1.16.5 for Windows with LibreDrive

I bought Make MKV from 1.16.4 and recently I upgrade to 1.16.5 since then I have problem to rip disc regardless Bluray or UHD, always show fail to open file, can anyone help on this issue? Thanks in advance.

Examples of the errors you're getting would help. "Failed to open" can happen if your minimum video time exceeds the longest video on the disk, for example.

Saved AACS dump file as G:/4K UHD 2160p/MKB20_v72_Fast_and_Furious_Presents-_Hobbs_and_Shaw_5077.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Send the .tgz file that was created to svq@makemkv.com so that a key can be generated for it.

You'll want to become familiar with the contents of the UHD FAQ, now that you're wandering into the world of UHD.
