It would be helpful to at least know what the pop-up says, and to see the DEBUG log for the run.

The second link in my signature lists how to turn debug logging on, and where to find the log after a rip attempt. It's actually listed in the information window, where you see the "partial log" displayed.

Is this is a backup that you made with MakeMKV? Or something else?
003305:0000 No se encuentra el directorio AACS, asumiendo disco sin encriptación
I'm pretty sure that's saying MakeMKV didn't find the AACS directory it expects in a backup, so it is assuming the disc isn't encrypted.

I read it as not having write permissions to the output dir. ~3 sec after reporting a successful completion & starting file creation, bad juju ensues. But I've been wrong...

I almost always use MakeMKV to create a decrypted backup of a disc and then make .mkv files from the backup. Backups created by MakeMKV generally have a directory in them titled 'MAKEMKV' and inside there is a folder titled 'AACS'. When I create a .mkv file from a decrypted backup, I end up with a log that looks similar to this:

Code: Select all

I don't have any messages about AACS directories, which is what caught my eye when I looked at your log. Does your decrypted backup have the MAKEMKV directory and the AACS directory?
