Can someone please confirm if MakeMKV rips Blu-Ray with same Video and Audio Quality as on the disc ? ie no loss at all?

Also what's the advantage with MKV over MP4?

Yes. The data is simply copied from the MT2S container to MKV, after removing the encryption.

MP4 cannot handle all BD features, such as PGS subtitles, while MKV can.
