Cannot select bdmv/IFO files with 1.6.4 and Snow Leopard

I have ripped my DVDs and Blu-Rays to the file system and I am repackaging them as MKV files.
No files can be selected with the new version so I cannot convert anything.

Ripping directly from the Blu-ray drive does work. Although I do not seem to be able to select/deselect titles with the space bar anymore.

This is on an iMac 27" i7 8GB RAM 1TB running 10.6.6 and a registered version of MakeMKV.

The same setup is working fine in 1.6.3.

It's a bug. A price for the new shiny interface :(

Should be fixed in a few days. There is no workaround other than using previous version.

Sadly older version can't run unless you register ? I can't find a way to do that ? Or even buy a license ?
