I have just bought a new computer and want to register my new installation of MakeMKV using the permanent key I bought several years ago. My financial records tell me exactly when and how I made the payment via Avangate, but I'm struggling to find any email to remind me of the key, despite my MS Outlook email records going back far beyond the relevant date.

I still have MakeMKV installed on my old PC. Is there any way to extract the key from this installation?

A post yesterday on another thread quoted the following MakeMKV support address.

I have now sent an email to that address, as I suspect it is probably a more appropriate route for resolving my problem.
