I have an LG WH16NS40 that I have ripped hundreds of blurays with over the last couple of years. Literally did one yesterday. Now today I just get "no disc". I've tried on a Windows computer and two Macs. All the same. DVDs work fine. I have updated to the latest firmware (1.05) to no avail.

Anyone got any idea what may be wrong?

you can try cleaning the bluray laser but its probably dead

Take the drive apart it very easy just eject the tray and 4 screws
