Read Speed [SAFE]

I've noticed that I've started to see Read Speed [SAFE] displayed for short periods when using MakeMKV and was wondering what it means. I typically see it at the start when the read speed is below 2x but I've seen it when the speed was over 5x as well. It's not a problem or anything, I was just curious since I don't recall seeing it in older versions before.
