How to avoid "Cells x were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)" issues?

When using a DVD disc, there are quite a number of "Cells x were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)" entries in the log, e.g.
Cells 2-2 were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)
Cells 4-3 were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)
Cells 12-end were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)
To avoid that, I'm using DVDFab first and then MakeMKV on the DVDFab generated files.
This is a longwinded process, so I'm wondering if it is possible to avoid those kind of entries. Or isn't it a cause for concern?
