I am fairly new to MKV but I have ripped WANTED BD and when I play it back through MediaBrowser in VMC it plays fine, smooth as anything but its all in mandarin or something and I have no idea how to change it. Any ideas. Is there a guide on here how to rip a BD from start to finish on makemkv?

MKV files normally contain multiple audio tracks. You should use your player menu to select correct audio track. In addition you can de-select all unneeded tracks after you opened the disc in MakeMKV so these tracks will be discarded from MKV file altogether.
