Hello, I recently upgraded to the new software and now I'm getting av sync found. After the rip is complete I try and play the tv show or movie and I get no audio. I have tried uninstalling MKV and downloading again. I did make the mistake of selecting English for everything in the preferences and I feel as if this has caused the issue. I was trying to avoid having to go through and deselect the languages I didn't want to rip. Any help how I can clear all the cache and start fresh? Or even fix this issue all together. Thanks!

1) Were audio tracks still selected when you made the rip? If they were, they should be included in the resulting MKV file.

2) You can use a program such as MediaInfo to see if there are audio tracks in your ripped MKV.

3) What playback software are you using? http://mpv.io is a common one.
