Is there any way to create something to scan ISO files and folders for damaged drives, corrupted media files, incomplete file structures, or unre removed protections with the ability to repair files for smooth playback? without having to extract in mkv? correct pgs and vob if there are errors

I'm sure there's a way, but I can't imagine that creating such a utility would be something easily done. MakeMKV's goal is to make a perfect copy of content from original disc-based media within the MKV container format, so the ability to somehow automagically fix bad files is pretty far outside the scope of MakeMKV. Especially if you're still talking about things you downloaded online instead of buying the discs.

I noticed this, but I don't know if it's reliable. I have two alternatives, keep procuring online and then take DVDFab programs if they can really fix the things that are online after downloading them; the other alternative is to focus on buying physical media also because there are no longer those who lend physical media and in addition take a Bluray/UHD burner and then choose MakeMkv and Vidcoder or DVDFab programs
