Purchased makemkv but haven't received the Activation. No response from support.

Is this normal?
It's been over 24 hours since I paid for an activation key, and I received two emails with the order information / receipt etc, but no activation key.
I wrote to support, but there's been no response. Wondering whether to try and push for a refund.
Anyone else had issues like this?
