If you've searched for your activation email from avangate.com or 2co.com, contacting support@makemkv.com is the way to go. Mike doesn't always answer quickly, though - it's been a couple of days since he was on the forum.

My apologies. I was able to recover it from my NAS's e-mail archiving program. I didn't realize I had to look at my e-mail "backup" as I assumed the search would be global. Thanks for the response!
