Feature Suggestion: Selective Chapter Conversion

Greetings:
Ever have one of those DVDs that craps out while converting because of a corrupted chapter? Yeah, me too. So wouldn't it be great if you could skip over that chapter? Or maybe you just want to convert a particular chapter(s).
Unfortunately, MakeMKV can't do that, but you can list the chapters and the times they occur, which seems rather pointless 'cause can't DO anything with that. Well guys, here's your chance to fix that.
