PC Slows Down After Finishing Rip

For some reason after I rip a DVD, all my folders take forever to load and require me to restart my PC. Does this happen to anyone else. My pc build is only a few months old, and it only just started today.

Is it JUST on DVDs? And do the DVDs list "Closed Captioning" on the box?
There is an issue with DVDs that claim CC but don't actually have any can cause slow-downs as MakeMKV tries to find the CCs. Removing the selection of the CC track fixes it.

So you’ve exited MakeMKV at that point?
I’ve never experienced anything like that. It doesn’t sound like a MakeMKV issue.
