DVDFab warning isn't in the log file

Hi,
i've created a little script that can "automate" the whole makemkv process using wmctrl. I read the log in the log file in the home dir and then use wmctrl to open th einput file, auto-create a output path and so on. I also can automatically click in "OK" when the dvdfab error comes. But this doesn't work anymore because the dvdfab message isn't in the log anymore. Is this normal?

I have a lot of ripped ISO and thats why i have this error. I know that MakeMKV can do this job. But this is how it is.
