Select Only the First of Identical Tracks

I have a bunch of movies where the bonus features have an audio track for every audio track the film has, but they're all in English.
For example, the movie has:
1. DD Mono English
2. DD Mono French
3. DD Mono German
4. DD Mono Italian
5. DD Mono Spanish
And the bonus features all have:
1. DD Stereo English
2. DD Stereo English
3. DD Stereo English
4. DD Stereo English
5. DD Stereo English
As currently set up it only selects the English mono track for the movie, which is fine, but it selects every single stereo track for the bonuses even though they're identical. Unchecking them all is an absolute pain. Is there a way to set it to only select the first one? I've had a read through the guide but I couldn't figure it out.
