Hello. First of all.. sorry for my bad english. I hope you guys can help me.

I have a BD with subtitles. When I make a .mkv file, I can change subtitles and I can select it in Handbrake (burn in in a mp4 file).

But, when I import this same file in another software like, dvdfab toolkit or tmpeg vmw7, it says that this mkv does not have a subtitle.

Can someone help me, please?
I need to see those subtitles in my mkv in those another softwares.

MP4 files cannot have PGS subtitles, which is what you find on Bluray disks. When you processed the file with handbrake, it "burned in" the PGS subtitle track, because that is the only way they can be handled.

To have "switchable" subtitles, you must stay with MKV.
