The Flac'ing of Proprietary Lossless'es

Greetings,

Issue:
As I understand it, bitrate for flac is vbr and usually various software reports the baseline. Still, I can't shake the terrible feeling that this (as seen in image) might be wrong way going on about this, because its been a long while since starting digitizing my discs that I saw anything above ~1200 using MediaInfo. So, calm me in regards to this please. Wish not having to go trough this other than because hdd failure etc :)

edit: After some thinking, I realized the movie/file could be played in the music software Foobar2000 as that shows real time vbr bitrate. Noted then, that bitrate danced very high. More comfy with the flac'ing now.
