I've been getting this error for the past month now on Blu-Rays when converting.

Encoding Failed with the following message: Could not open decoder stream Could not open the
input stream for decoding..

Has anyone else been getting this issue? Was hoping that the latest key would fix it, but didnt.

MakeMKV doesn't do encoding. And the MakeMKV hash key file wouldn't help with any software I know of that DOES do encoding.
