I would like to request a change in app behavior...

Please setup an option to remove the title (or do not remove) from disk listing after converting to mkv. I routinely will process a title with various subs to see which one is the forced sub or not. If I choose the wrong sub stream I have to re-open the disk and start over. If there was an option to NOT remove the title from disk listing I could just convert the title again...

this is hard to do for reasons too long to explain. sometime in the future MakeMKV wold have a "preview" window that will show video and subtitles - that would probably solve your problem.
