is anyone else having a issue with MKV's in KODI with chapters not skipping? i don't know if it's a KODI issue or a MakeMKV issue?

i use a OSMC Vero4K+, and the dev told me it was because "remuxes do not use align chapters with key frames."

is this something mike can fix or is this a KODI Issue?

I have no specific knowledge of KODI, but it's usually the player. Have you tried an alternative, just to experiment?

While I've never had an issue with MakeMKV produced files, I do have 2 'GO TOs' when I encounter problematic .mkvs which MIGHT help:

mkvtoolnix - great for adding/removing streams, but just a straight remux might sort things out.

MetaFox - linked on Shark007's (the codec guy) 'Tools' page.
