Too many titles

I'm a newb to MakeMKV. I have a ISO of John Wick 3 Parabellum. When I go to rip it to mkv I get a list of titles that is at approx. 100 long, all of which are selected yet only one is valid. Questions:
Is there a way to make MakeMKV smarter in what it offers as a title?
How can I get the list to show the mpls number instead of just in the info pane?
How can I unselect all or have it default to none selected?

Use the context menu that all operating systems offer. In Windows, you RIGHT click on the left side list, and "Unselect All" is one of the options.

I see. Right click on the Blu-ray Disc line at the beginning of the list.
Is there a way I can have it show the mpls file name in the list as another column?

That would fall under a feature request, which you can make. That information is in the Info window for the selected title, but the list doesn't have it.
