Build 778 crash

I tried to run MakeMKV on Space Chimps, WS side and I get an error right after starting to rip. I couldn't copy/paste the log so I've attached an image of it.

The error indicates that you have an unreadable disc (scratched or something). I do not know why the program crashed - but the root cause is unreadable disc.
