maybe you can help the ffms2 team with a incompatibility with MakeMKV files, problem is described here:

Maybe you can change the mkv so ffms2 works as good as with eac3to created mkv files, I'm rather clueless what's causing the problem, the ffms2 dev team might not be very motivated to fix it, understandable when they don't use MakeMKV, maybe you can give the dev team free licenses.
