Hello, I wanted to know how do I have my key emailed to me again? I lost my boot drive and files and had to reinstall windows again but I can't find the email key that was sent to me when I bought it?

Requests for keys need to be sent to support@makemkv.com . Such information isn't handled on the forum.

If you still have your email, search for any messages "avangate.com"; that's who would have sent your key. Although they're now going by the domain "2co.com" (to check out).

Hello, thank you I didn't no the email address to support I will try and find it if I can under that name in the meantime I will send an email just in case I can't find it.
