Feature Request: Add Cover Art

A feature I would like to request is being able to add cover art to the final mkv. I don't know if it's possible but it would be nice.

If I remember correctly, from what I've read at other sites - although it's possible to add cover art to an MKV container, there's presently no way to display it...
