Segment of certain title isn't included in final MKV

I have a Japanese BD.
It's first title is:
As you can see, the duration is 23 sec and it has two segments (00000.m2ts, 00001.m2ts).
However, when I convert it to MKV, it only uses the first segment, not the second one, it also results in duration of only 15 sec.
