Help please - "Your temporary key has expired" ?

" Your temporary key has expired and was removed. Please restart the application"
I keep getting this message when I try to open the application. I have re-installed a couple of times but still get the message.
The application closes when I press OK
Anybody got any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong
