How to restore back to DVD

Let us say that my original DVD gets scratched. How can I create a DVD from my MKV decrypted file without losing resolution?

Hi,

As far as in mkv files you have only titles from your dvd or bluray, all menus are lost. But you could anyway make vob from mkv, there are a lot of tools for this, for example mkv2vob. Hope it helps.
