Please help.

When i open the folder where the remux files are, and change the thumbnail so i get full view of the file. I`m used to see a Picture not a blank file, why is that?
I have W10, when i had the older Versions i only sa the vlc logo as that is the player i use for playback. Know With W10 you see Pictures, but not With makemkv encodes. Same for DVDfab, that is not you. Sorry, just wanted to see if i got the same resault.

Hope someone knows anything about this, hopefully you got the point. English is not my first Language.

And why won`t Windows media player play the remux file? Other remux files work.

Does the Windows 10 media player "do" MKV files? I know the Win7 one did not unless you added on drivers for it.

Explorer will not show thumbnail images of files it doesn't know how to read, and it uses media player as its "helper" for media files. If VLC is installed, it will show the VLC logo on MKV files (and other media files, for that matter).
