Ripping popup menus

Is it possible to extract the images from Blu-ray popup menus using MakeMKV or some other tool? I'm ripping Spears & Munsil calibration disc, and it makes extensive use of popup menus. Basically every pattern (chapter) has a popup menu that is a full-screen image. I want all those images in either MKV or JPEG format.

To my knowledge, the only thing that you could "extract" would be if there was a playlist or track that contained these popups. If it exists as a playlist/track, then you could have an .mkv file of it. MakeMKV only makes .mkv files, if you're in need of having a .jpg, I assume that would be some kind of screen capture/screen print?

Some still image graphic resources can be found in the various BDMV\JAR\* folders, but they tend to have multiple graphics grouped into a single png image that would need to be individually cropped out. It may be easier to take a screenshot or (video) screen capture of the menu depending on what you want to do.
