Hi i'm looking for a good software to rip blu rays to MKV for our home theatre server with audiophile quality i.e maintaining after conversion the same blu ray sound quality of all audio tracks especially lossless, such as DTS HD etc.

is makeMKV can keep the lossy and lossless audio file quality the same after convention from blu ray to MKV file?

MakeMKV does not perform any kind of lossy compression unless one changes profiles under the Advanced options (and even then, they're rather limited) so what tracks are on the original disc, if checked, will remain untouched when converted to an .mkv file.

If you haven't done so yet, give MakeMKV a try; it sounds like it will do what you need it to.
