I've been using MakeMKV for quite some time now (I love it, great software) to make MKV's from BD. However, when I try to make MKV's from a DVD or a dvd structure on a hard drive (same result from .iso's and .ifo's), I get a grey screen. It perplexes me... I can't figure out why it's doing this.

Any suggestions? Am I missing something simple?

Yes, I can play DVD's just fine. It's just weird.
